To me, wellness means caring for myself and filling up my own cup enough so that I have the energy to care for and help other people. I integrate in in my life through finding small things everyday that I can do for myself to make sure that I care for myself first so that I can continue to help others.

In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?
Ryan Air and Duolingo are crushing it on social media through taking the humor approach. Their content is not really brand related but it gets people talking about them and really raises the awareness they have in the market. By creating humorous content, they are truly building a name for themselves as great brands on social media.
