Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
During my tenure as a Resident Assistant, I actively found ways to keep residents informed about dorm hall events. As a result, I used Instagram stories to engage with residents. This experience allowed me to discover my passion for social media management, I discovered strategies to drive follower engagement. I regularly assessed Instagrams account insights to identify top-performing posts and stories that generated the highest levels of interaction.
In addition, I stay on top of trends with Tiktok, and LinkedIn so that I am more aware of what is going on in the social media world.
