Can you share an example of your project management skills?
I recently took a product design class at my university, and in the class, we had to design a product for an actual company, and if they liked it at our pitch, we would be responsible for creating the entire product launch plan. I worked with Honey Baked Salmon, and they liked our pitch and launched in May 2024! It was a lot of coordination, and required a lot of time and commitment outside of class, but was amazing to see the product launch!
