Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
I eat a vegan diet at all times, including during the holiday season. I try to eat a healthy mix of whole plant-based foods and imitation / flexitarian foods, including products from Beyond Meat, Just Egg, Impossible Foods, and Gardein. I typically find recipes on Pinterest and recreate them as vegan using whatever ingredients necessary. For example, I made a vegan pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving using Kite Hill non-dairy cream cheese.
