Authenticity means a lot to me due to me coming from 2 different ethnic backgrounds: Native American & Vietnamese. I've come to embrace the uniqueness in me and be proud of who I am as a woman of color.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
With the advancement of technology, I'd create FOMO and social proof through my own social media accounts (Instagram etc.) so no one could miss out on what the company is bringing forth to the skincare department and even era.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
As a employee or even an CEO, I'd respond to a negative review to a unsatisfied customer open minded to why they did not like the product and ask the customer what we could improve so their next product that they purchase in the future will satisfy their needs.
