How would you approach a customer when sampling flo?
I would approach customers in a friendly and respectful way, keeping in mind that menstrual health is personal. I’d start with something light like: ‘Hi! We’re sharing a period and health tracking app today that helps women better understand their cycles and overall wellness. Would you like to hear more?’ If they show interest, I’d briefly explain how Flo helps with cycle tracking, ovulation predictions, symptom logging, and overall reproductive health insights. I’d focus on empowerment and education rather than making it feel clinical or uncomfortable.
