What experience do you have creating engaging content on TikTok or Instagram?

I have experience creating short-form content on TikTok and Instagram where the focus is on making videos feel natural, engaging, and relatable. I’ve worked with reaction-style content, lifestyle moments, and product-focused videos where I prioritize strong hooks in the first few seconds, quick pacing, and authentic on-camera delivery. I’m comfortable filming myself and others in real-time situations, capturing genuine reactions, and turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content. I also understand how to structure videos for retention, like using curiosity-driven openings, clean storytelling, and captions that help reinforce the message without feeling overproduced. Overall, my approach is focused on making content feel real and relatable while still being intentional about what keeps viewers watching and engaging.

How would you explain the science behind a hair growth product to your followers?

I’d explain it in a simple, relatable way that connects the product to what’s actually happening at the scalp level. Hair growth starts at the follicle, which is basically the “root” where the hair is formed. A lot of hair growth products are designed to support that environment by improving things like scalp circulation, hydration, and nutrient delivery to the follicle. When the scalp is healthy and well-nourished, the hair growth cycle can function more efficiently, especially the anagen phase, which is the active growth stage. I’d also break down that results don’t happen overnight because hair grows in cycles, not instantly. So the goal of a product like this is consistency over time, supporting stronger, healthier-looking strands as new hair grows in. I’d keep it educational but simple, so it feels like I’m explaining it to a friend rather than giving a lecture.

What makes activewear look stylish while still being functional to you?

To me, activewear looks stylish while still being functional when it has a clean, intentional fit and feels like it belongs both in and out of the gym.

Fit is the biggest factor. Pieces that are supportive but not restrictive, and that flatter movement instead of fighting it, automatically look more elevated. I also look for simple design details like structured seams, balanced proportions, and minimal branding, because that makes it easier to style with everyday outfits.

Function still matters just as much. Breathable fabric, stretch, and support for real movement are what make it something I can actually wear all day on a college schedule. When activewear performs well and also looks polished enough to wear to class, study sessions, or errands, that balance is what makes it feel stylish to me.
