Invest more in social media marketing. It seems the platform has been around for some time, but I just accidentally stumbled into it recently. H\FC could utilize more TikTok and Instagram content because as much as LinkedIn is great(This is where I found H\FC) most young people are drawn to opportunities where they spend time most(TikTok and Instagram).
