At St. Thomas Aquinas College, I led a digital outreach campaign for our Strategy & Games Club that grew membership from 15 to over 60 students in one semester. I used a mix of Canva-designed visuals, targeted email copy, and Discord engagement to promote events and build community. One of our most successful tactics was a themed “Game Night Blitz” series, which we promoted with countdown posts and teaser content. Attendance tripled, and the campaign became a model for other student orgs on campus. > > What made it work? I’d approach attendees with energy, warmth, and curiosity—inviting them to try a sample while sharing a quick, compelling hook: “Ever made a full Indian meal in under 15 minutes?” From there, I’d highlight how Kay’s Curries are vegan/vegetarian, budget-friendly, and packed with flavor—perfect for busy New Yorkers who want something fast, healthy, and satisfying. > > I’d tailor my pitch based on the person—whether they’re a foodie, a parent, or a college student—and use storytelling to make the product memorable. I’d also encourage social sharing by offering a fun photo moment or QR code for a discount. My goal: make every interaction feel personal, flavorful, and fun—just like the kits themselves.
