How do you ensure honest and detailed feedback when testing products?
I try to provide as accurate of feedback as possible. My comments are generally a mix of how something tastes/feels in mouth and overall quality. I jot down notes and comments pretty quickly as I am eating, as I try to write online reviews for small friend-owned or family operated businesses. My goal is to provide fair and balanced feedback, acknowledging several positives and several negatives without too much bias.
