How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes?
I try to follow industry leaders and experts, as well as, join communities such as Reddit and Instagram groups. This way I can be quickly informed about new trends and engage in dynamic discussions on how to interpret them into my content.

Tell me about a time you experimented with content creation or marketing—what worked, what didn’t, and what did you learn?
I used more metaphorical approach for a project marketing video focused on successful women entrepreneurs. But doing the scenario in a more literary way did not work with the audience, as they did not take time to understand the video. However the general aesthetic of the video worked as it was something different for them, I will put down the link from instagram:

Can you walk me through your process for editing a video and audio podcast episode from raw footage to final upload?
1. Raw Footage Organization
I start by importing all recorded files (video, audio, and any other media like intro/outro tracks or overlays) into a tidy folder structure.
I listen to the whole episode to find the important parts, mark timestamps, and mark any mistakes, cringe-worthy pauses, or trim points.
2. Audio Syncing & Cleaning
I sync separate audio tracks if they were recorded separately (like external mics or multi-camera setups).
I clean the audio with programs like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or iZotope RX—removing background noise, leveling, EQ, compression, and de-essing.
I remove filler words ("um," "uh"), too much pausing, and technical errors to make it sound natural.
3. Video Editing
Using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, I synchronize the video with the clean audio.
I edit out unnecessary parts, use jump cuts to enhance pacing, and reformat if needed.
If I have more than one camera angle, I switch between them to make visuals interesting.
I grade and color the footage to provide it with a professional look.
4. Adding Branding & Effects
I add the intro/outro, guest name and title lower thirds, and any graphics or animation that is needed.
I add captions for accessibility and audience engagement with the help of auto-caption in Premiere or Kapwing.
I include B-roll, stock footage, or on-screen text as needed to add emphasis to key points.
5. Exporting & Optimizing
I export both:
Audio-only (MP3, 128-192kbps) for podcast platforms.
Video (MP4, H.264) optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
I check file sizes and resolutions and ensure correct aspect ratios (16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/TikTok).
6. Uploading & Publishing
I upload the video to YouTube with a provocative title, SEO description, and highlight timestamps.
I distribute the audio version to podcast platforms using a hosting service (Anchor, Buzzsprout, etc.).
I create social media excerpts (30-60 sec promo clips) to push promotion across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
