What do you consider when purchasing from a new brand?
The biggest thing I look for when purchasing from a new brand is their quality of material and durability. I want to know if a product is sourced responsibly and if I can rely on it for lasting more than one fashion season.

A customer is confused about how or where they can use Brella -- how would you best educate them in a tasting event?
I believe all memorable promotion starts with one's own personal experience or anecdote with the product. Explaining to the costumer how I would personally use the product with my favorite drink or for a specific event helps them envision themselves doing the same. This type of connection is vital for not only connecting the person to a product but connecting people together through shared experiences of joy.
