What would your hook be for the video?

I’d start with a hook that speaks directly to the viewer’s pain point or desire in the first 3 seconds. For example, if the video is targeting beginners or people struggling with motivation, my hook might be: “Struggling to stay consistent at the gym? This one mindset shift changed everything for me.” Or if it’s more performance-focused: “Want to train like an athlete—without burning out? Let me show you how.” The goal is to immediately create curiosity while making the viewer feel seen. From there, I’d deliver value quickly to keep them engaged, whether it’s a quick tip, a visual demo, or a motivational story rooted in my own athletic experience.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have worked on?

Yes! While working at Anytime Fitness, I helped create a social media ad campaign that significantly boosted engagement and lead generation. We designed a limited-time promotion that highlighted our gym’s supportive environment, flexible membership options, and free fitness consultations for new members. I collaborated with the team to create attention-grabbing graphics and copy that spoke directly to our target audience—people who were intimidated by big gyms but wanted to start their fitness journey. We ran the campaign across Instagram and Facebook, using location-based targeting and boosting it during peak hours. As a result, the ad generated a few hundred new leads, with many converting to memberships. It was a great example of how strategic messaging, community-focused content, and consistent branding can drive real-world results through social media.

How do you plan to incorporate your athletic experience into creating engaging content for W Labs?

As someone with years of experience in strength training and bodybuilding, I plan to use my athletic background to create content that is not only informative but also relatable and visually engaging. I understand the mindset, discipline, and challenges athletes face—especially those just starting—which allows me to craft content that resonates on a personal level. For W Labs, I’d bring that real-life experience to tutorials, workout breakdowns, and motivational storytelling. Whether it’s through form guides, educational reels, or behind-the-scenes content, I’d aim to merge science-backed fitness knowledge with authentic athletic insight. My goal would be to build trust and community while keeping content dynamic, high-quality, and true to W Labs’ brand voice.
