In my previous role at The Cave, I was responsible for supporting and strengthening backend and operational processes across multiple teams and community programs. I designed and managed end-to-end workflows that coordinated media, communications, distribution, operations, and leadership, ensuring tasks moved smoothly from planning to execution. I documented SOPs, implemented tracking systems for projects and rewards, and introduced clearer role ownership and milestone-based execution.

As a result, the team experienced faster turnaround times, fewer handoff issues, improved accountability, and more consistent delivery of initiatives. Leadership also gained better visibility into progress, bottlenecks, and performance, which supported better decision-making and planning. My work helped transform operations from reactive to structured, enabling the organization to scale programs without increasing operational chaos.

I rely on systems, not memory. I break work into clear steps, document decisions, use checklists and tools to track details, and review my work at key points. That way, even when things move fast or get complex, accuracy is built into the process, not left to chance.
