What social media platforms do you find most effective for brand promotion and why?

Instagram is strong because it combines visuals, short-form video, stories, and direct audience interaction in one place. It works well for building a brand identity, showing lifestyle-based content, and staying consistently visible to an audience.

How would you engage students effectively to represent a brand on campus?

I’d engage students by making the brand feel like part of campus life, not a random company parachuting in for attention. The first thing is understanding the student audience on that campus. Different groups respond to different things, so I’d pay attention to what students actually care about, what kind of content they interact with, and where they spend time, both online and in person. Then I’d focus on relatable, student-centered content and experiences. That could mean: showing how the brand fits into student routines, goals, or creative interests creating content that feels natural to campus culture using real student language instead of overly polished brand messaging I’d also make it interactive. Students engage more when they feel included, so I’d use things like: pop-ups or campus activations student challenges or giveaways casual demos short-form content that invites replies, reposts, or participation Another big part is credibility. Students can tell when something feels forced, so I’d represent the brand in a way that is honest and useful. That means highlighting real value, sharing genuine experiences, and making sure the content feels authentic rather than overly promotional.
