One memorable leadership experience was when I spearheaded the development of the Rafeeq project, an AI-powered solution that won first place out of 780+ projects in a national competition. As the founder, I coordinated a diverse team through ideation, development, and execution, ensuring each member's skills contributed to our success. In addition, my roles as Technical Lead at the Data Science Club and President at the Art Club have strengthened my ability to manage projects and guide teams. These experiences taught me how to communicate clearly, motivate team members, and adapt to challenges while driving innovative solutions forward.

I would attract potential creators through targeted outreach, engaging content, and community building on social media. This includes posting interesting videos, leveraging influencer partnerships, engaging in creator communities, and using direct outreach to highlight the platform’s value. Hosting challenges, giveaways, and live Q&As would further drive interest and engagement, making it easy for creators to see the benefits of joining.
