I prioritize outreach by focusing on the highest-quality leads first—those that best fit our target profile or show strong engagement. I organize leads in the CRM by urgency and potential value. Each day, I plan follow-ups and new contacts using reminders or task lists. I track all communication to stay consistent and make sure no lead is ignored

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
I qualify leads by first identifying if they fit the company’s target customer profile. I ask questions to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making process. I also look at how engaged they are—such as responding to emails or requesting more info—to judge interest. If they meet those factors, I pass them to the sales stage.
