Walk us through how you'd build a content calendar from scratch
"If I were to build a content calendar from scratch for HORMBLES CHORMBLES, I would break it down into a simple, effective 5-step process:1. Define the Goals & Audience First, I would clarify what we want to achieve this month—is it brand awareness, getting more UGC (User Generated Content), or driving sales? I’d also keep our target audience in mind: fitness enthusiasts, people with a sweet tooth looking for 0g sugar options, and followers of the RXBAR creator.2. Establish Content Pillars (Themes) I wouldn't just post randomly. I’d create 3-4 main content pillars to keep things organized. For example:Educational/Value: Highlighting the 10g protein and 0g sugar benefits.Entertainment/Memes: Relatable fitness or "craving sweets" humor for TikTok and Reels.Community/UGC: Reposting customers enjoying the chocolate or influencer reviews.Behind the Scenes: The story of the brand or how it’s made.3. Choose the Right Platform & Tool I would set up a visual calendar using a free tool like Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion. It would include columns for: Date, Platform (TikTok, IG, Pinterest, etc.), Content Type (Reel, Carousel, Tweet), The Visual Asset (Image/Video link), Caption, and Status (Draft/Approved/Posted).4. Tailor Content to Each Platform A TikTok video shouldn't just be copy-pasted to Pinterest.TikTok/IG Reels: Focus on short, engaging videos, trends, and UGC.Twitter/X: Quick text-based humor, replying to fitness trends.Pinterest: Aesthetic photos, healthy recipe ideas using the chocolate.5. Batch Create, Schedule, and Analyze I would plan content 2-4 weeks in advance. Once approved, I’d schedule them using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer. At the end of the month, I’d look at the analytics—what got the most views or comments?—and use that data to plan the next month's calendar."

Show us a brand you think is killing it on social and tell us why
"In my opinion, Duolingo is absolutely killing it on social media. The secret to their success is that they didn't just market themselves as an educational app; they built an entertaining internet personality. They understand that people log onto social media to be entertained, not to see traditional ads. Their unhinged 'Duo the Owl' persona, their speed in jumping on trends, and their hilarious interactions in the comment section make them stand out from every other brand."
