A previous boss of mine lost contact with her doctor. Her doctor ended up switching providers and we were unable to find the number of her new office. I searched and searched and still could not find where her doctor was located or find a new phone number. Instead of the constant digging I just decided to book an appointment for myself. I knew booking an appointment for a "new" patient would result a phone number being provided either through email for a confirmation from the office about the appointment or on the emailed paperwork they send to you to complete before an appointment. I got an email immediately to confirm my appointment and I was able to find the number to the office. I simply used Canva to locate where a number might be located on medial paperwork and every template had the number placed at the left or right of the page at the very top. I called the number and was able to refute my new patient status while also booking my boss an appointment with her doctor within three minuets.

I am constantly checking my calendar and updating my reminders. Things move 10x faster in the digital world than in the real world so staying up to date is something I take very seriously. Though I have multiple digital calendars and tons of reminders that are on my phone at all times, my written planner is what also keeps me on track while juggling my digital task. Writing it down is the best way to plan the day but even better to reflect on it. The key to staying organized–staying ready so I never have to get ready.

Organization is my key to success. My calendar is my best friend. I have everything listed within my calendar and in my reminders always. My written planner is how organize everything from doctors appointments to homework assignments and test. I'm always checking my notifications or checking my email. I stay organized by always staying ahead of what's to come.
