My sales experience is still developing, but I have had hands-on practice selling homemade cookies to friends, where I learned the basics of promoting a product, handling orders, and following up with potential buyers. It was a small scale experience, but it gave me a real sense of how personal communication and consistency drive results.
What draws me to Couture is the chance to grow that experience in a structured, creative environment. I am organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with people, which I believe are the core qualities needed to guide clients through the ordering process and represent the brand well. I am eager to learn fast and contribute to Couture's growth from day one.

Describe a time you successfully followed up to close a sale.
One example that comes to mind is when I was selling homemade cookies to friends. After initially offering them, a few showed interest but did not commit right away. Instead of leaving it there, I followed up a day later with a photo of the cookies and a friendly reminder about the limited availability. That small nudge was enough to get them to place their order. It taught me that a timely, low-pressure follow-up can make all the difference in turning interest into an actual sale.
