What's your strava?
"I’ve been actively using Strava for the last 2 years mainly for running (4–5 times a week). I track my runs, explore new routes, and stay motivated through the community. I’m really drawn to Relay because it creatively turns Strava runs into visual art, which I believe can attract more people to running and make sharing runs much more engaging."

How do you stay organized when balancing multiple projects or deadlines?
I stay organized by breaking projects into clear, actionable steps and prioritizing them based on deadlines and impact. I usually start by outlining everything that needs to be done, then map it into a simple system—whether that’s a task list, calendar blocks, or a project tracker—so I always know what needs attention each day.I also make it a point to set mini-deadlines for myself ahead of the actual deadline. This gives me buffer time to review, adjust, or handle any unexpected changes, which is especially important when working on events or content. When balancing multiple projects, I focus on staying flexible while keeping communication clear. If priorities shift, I quickly reassess and reorganize without losing momentum. Overall, my approach is to stay proactive rather than reactive, so everything moves forward smoothly and on time.
