Interview Questions
Saint James Iced Tea
College Brand Ambassador - Spring 2026

What would you do to ensure Saint James Tea becomes a recognizable and loved brand on your campus?
I would focus on consistent exposure rather than one-off promotions. By featuring Saint James Tea at well-attended campus events through the Natural Sciences Council and other student organizations I’m involved in, students would start to recognize it as a familiar presence. Repeated sampling at large-scale events helps build recognition. I’d pair that in-person presence with social media content that shows Saint James as part of everyday campus life, including long days of classes, meetings, and time with friends, so students begin to associate the brand with their usual campus activities. By improving the visibility of Saint James, the brand would become one students recognize and continue choosing on campus.

How would you encourage people to purchase Saint James from both Amazon and local stores while utilizing your social media platform?
I would encourage students to purchase Saint James by showing how and where I actually buy it, both online and locally. On social media, I’d share Saint James as part of my daily routine while clearly linking my Amazon storefront for easy online access. For students who prefer in person shopping, I’d highlight nearby stores that carry Saint James and tie those posts to my routine, like grabbing a tea before class or after a workout. By pairing in-person sampling with social content that shows exactly where to find the product, I’d make purchasing Saint James feel simple for students.

How would you creatively introduce Saint James to your campus community? -- What organizations or clubs are you apart of?
I would introduce Saint James Tea by integrating it into campus events that are already well attended by students, rather than as a one-time promotion. Through my involvement with the Natural Sciences Council (NSC), which represents over 11,000 students in UT Austin’s College of Natural Sciences, I help run large-scale events and programming that reach hundreds to thousands of students. Saint James could be featured at these events through sampling, study breaks, or as a grab and go refreshment. I’m also involved in pre-med and health-focused student communities, giving me opportunities to build partnerships, donate product to organizations, and create social content that shows Saint James as an optimal choice for students. My goal would be to make Saint James feel like a familiar drink on campus while driving awareness and online sales.
