Team Lead – Weekend In-Store Sampling Sprouts
What strategies would you use to engage shoppers and communicate a brand story effectively?
I would use familiarity to trigger customers to stop and try for example "If love coffee but don't like getting jitters, this is perfect for you", "gut health is everything. Try this instead of your everyday". Overall I would just make sure there is high energy enthusiasm. Customers that try can engage by scanning social media QR codes, taking pictures trying the product, etc

How would you manage a small team during a busy event weekend?
In order to manage a small team I will make sure to be on top of communication, create a clear and concise schedule so everyone knows their expectations, and make sure everyone knows when and what they need to be doing for success.
