I never leave without my planner, lip balm, a mini deodorant for quick refreshes, a claw clip, AirPods, and a water bottle. I also always carry a small skincare essential, like underarm wipes or a hydrating mist, for between class resets. Oh, and snacks... always snacks.

After a long day of classes, my go-to reset is a quick dorm refresh, clean space, cozy lights, and skincare. I’ll throw on a comfy set, light a candle (or use a diffuser), and do my skincare routine, especially a good face wash and serum to wash the day away. I usually end with a podcast or show while journaling or organizing for tomorrow, it helps me feel relaxed but still productive.
