What experience do you have with CRM platforms or property management software?

While I am not proficient in any CRM platforms, I did have the opportunity to gain exposure to Salesforce during my internship this summer. I observed how client information, communications, and project workflows were managed through the platform. While I wasn't hands on every day, it provided me with a solid foundation in how CRMs support client relationships. Additionally, I am proficient in the Microsoft Suite and a quick learner when it comes to new platforms. I enjoy organizing workflows and am confident I could quickly adapt to any CRM or property management software used by your team.

How do you prioritize and manage multiple tasks remotely?

I am super organized when it comes to remote work and juggling multiple tasks. I like to start my week by planning out my deadlines and prioritizing the most time sensitive deliverables. I typically use Google Calendar to track what needs to get done and then create a table in Excel to cross off a task when finished. I also take larger tasks and break them down into smaller, more manageable tasks. For me, communication is also key as I am checking in with my team, responding promptly, and flagging anything I need clarification on. I am very good at working independently, but still staying connected.
