Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
I haven’t ever had the opportunity, but I would approach the one struggling as I would in any aspect. I would listen to their questions and complaints and through that I would validate it and then try to help with tips and ideas to change the outcome

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would a study their patterns and through that open a conversation. Then, I would listen to them and try to establish a relationship of trust. After, I would invite them to engage in the community built around the product.
