From my experience dealing with service and e-comm brands for the last 3 years it is usually a mixture between funny videos (memes) and showcase videos of the platform being used showing benefits and what makes it different from the rest. usually the combination of these 2 gives out a very good result, but it can be improved with more brand and persona analyses.
