How do you hook viewers in the first 3 seconds of a retail video?
I think some of the best engagement is a compilation of quick clips, and this would show a combination of gym, content, motivational content of food, with the title similar to what I eat in a day, those get a lot of traction and to really hook the viewers it would be maybe catered toward a healthy way to lose those stubborn 10 pounds or lose the holiday gains.

How would you create engaging retail content ?
I am very big and fitness and eating healthy, so for example I’m currently going to be doing no sugar January but I also want to show a lot of options like this brand that can be used in a healthy way to like curb cravings, etc.
