What's one way to build a strong community with the Gen Z demographic?
I think using social media as a tool. Gen Z is always on social media and they are likely to follow and view content from lots of different profiles. When there is a profile they like, they will follow it, support it, and interact with it daily. This creates a relationship and community. Also, by being socially aware there will be community. Doing things like using respectful language, being informed on current events, and just overall having an understanding of the current social climate will create community with Gen Z.

What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?
In my opinion the most important aspect is transparency. When you create a brand, people aren’t gonna jump on it and support it from the start. But if you are open and transparent people are more likely to support it. It feels relatable and consumers are likely to support. Even on social media, being transparent gives a sense of realness and clarity.
