Ā Share a few of the most impactful traditions as it relatesĀ to March Madness on your campus?Ā 

While my campus doesn’t currently have specific traditions tied to March Madness, I believe this is the perfect opportunity to create something meaningful and lasting with Uber One. Many students here are passionate sports fanatics, and I can confidently say that celebrating March Madness would quickly become one of the top three traditions on campus with the right approach.

By introducing engaging events like watch parties, game-day food activations, or basketball-themed challenges, Uber One can bring students together in a way that highlights school spirit and creates lasting memories. With Uber’s support, this tradition could become an annual highlight for our campus, uniting students over their shared love for sports, food, and friendly competition!

What groups, organizations, or communities do you lead or play a significant role in?

I am a Transfer Student Peer Mentor. In the Fall of 2024, I worked closely with 8 students and assisted them in getting acclimated with the rigors of a new college. This spring I am expecting at least 10 or more mentees.

Additionally, I am also the VP of membership coordinator for the Public Relations Student Society of America chapter at my school. We are based on a national Chapter in the US with a lot of Networking Events happening throughout the year.

If Uber were to host an activation on campus during March Madness, what would be your best idea for the brand to uniquely engage students?

Uber could create a "Grab A Grub Zone" where Uber features a pop-up area for students to grab food from local UberEats partners. For example:

  1. Free Snacks or Meal Vouchers through a Themed Menu: Highlight exclusive combos like "Elite Eight" where students can pick up an Elite Eight Stamp Card at an activation booth or at participating food vendors. Each time they purchase a qualifying snack/drink, they earn a stamp. After collecting 8 stamps, they can redeem the card for a free snack/drink from a participating vendor.

  2. Exclusive Bonus: Students who complete their stamp cards could also be entered into a raffle for UberEats credits or branded March Madness swag (t-shirts, mugs, tumblr, etc.)

  3. Study Care Packages: Offer snack bundles for students during crunch time as they approach exam seasons.

  4. Interactive Games with Food Prizes: Do a scavenger food hunt with local eats where winners receive free food items or higher-value discount vouchers
