Id response by making them feel heard, along with a reassuring offer to satisfy them and keep them connected. It can be a discount, gift card, anything. Most importantly I’d focus on the review, since it helps with improving the brand and product.

Dough fuk cookies, it’s a brand that has done wonders in social growth simply by posting, real life snack reviews and offering discounts after small durations. Another reason for their growth is the client centered product improvement. They are consistent with change and posting creative and interactive content for the customers to engage in.
