How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
To identify and document bugs effectively, I follow a Reproduce, Isolate, and Report framework. I attempt to reproduce the issue three times to confirm it’s consistent. I then isolate variables (network, device, specific user flow) to find the exact trigger. I write concise, scannable reports. I always attach a screen recording for the developers.
