Nutrition and fitness play a grounding role in my life. I try to keep a balanced routine, eating clean most days, staying hydrated, and moving my body through light workouts, stretching, or walking. It helps me stay energized, clear-minded, and consistent, which also shows up in my content. I’m not perfect, but I focus on progress and feeling good rather than being strict.

Can you provide examples of successful user-generated content campaigns you've worked on in the past?

One of my current UGC projects is with Purist Haircare, where I create TikTok-style product demos, aesthetic routines, and before after clips. Those videos performed well because they felt natural, used trending formats, and focused on real results instead of scripted lines. I’ve also collaborated with brands on smaller TikTok style campaigns where I used relatable POVs, quick hooks, and authentic storytelling to increase engagement and save-able content. Overall, my UGC focus is always: real, helpful, and scroll friendly.

How do you stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes?

I stay current by treating TikTok like a daily lab, constantly watching what formats, sounds, editing styles, and hooks are trending. I follow creator newsletters, TikTok’s own trend reports, and analytics tools to track what’s rising early. I also test small variations in my own content to see what the algorithm is favoring in real time. By mixing research, creator community insights, and hands-on experimentation, I’m always adapting fast and staying ahead of shifts.
