I enjoy watching health/wellness content. A current wellness trend that I am participating in is the 75 day hard challenge. The 75-hard requires that you "complete five critical self-improvement tasks" every day and has a list of strict rules. Participants are to follow a nutrition plan (no alcohol or cheat meals), must complete two 45-minute workouts (one being outside), read ten pages of a book, consume a gallon of water, and take a progress picture every day. The trend is challenging but requires both motivation and self-discipline. I am on day 34 and the process has been extremely rewarding.

To ensure that members complete tasks on time, I would set clear expectations and deadlines, check in regularly, and provide support and assistance as needed.
