Having recently graduated, I currently work for a venture-backed startup on the marketing team, with no prior marketing experience. I believe it is my eagerness to dive into a new role and my natural inclination for extreme attention to detail that has led me to succeed thus far. However, I would love to gain new experience within the small business world! One example of my attention to detail was when I recreated the entire content page on Notion for the company. Prior to the update, there was a mess of information where no one could ever find what they needed without going through someone else. I recreated the page with a well-designed layout so that everything someone might look for would be visible on desktop, without even needing to scroll. The areas were divided into brand identity, quarterly and yearly objectives, sales collaterals, lead generation projects, content buckets for various platforms, and other quick reference folders and files. I've received plenty of feedback on the value of this improved content page and believe it showcases my attention to detail, along with my eagerness to succeed as a professional individual, and to help the company succeed.
