The way many people can relate to having this when they want some protein. I’m drawn to how the consumers today take care of the food that goes inside our bodies while combining high protein.

I’ve created Pilates videos and I could include post workout nutrition moments. I know how to highlight benefits while including clips with compelling sound effects, and displaying relatable content.

I would create a short straight to the point lifestyle video. I’d probably start out with a hook that goes along the lines of “ this is what I eat when I want something filling and high in protein”
