Can you describe a successful digital marketing campaign you implemented in the past? What were the key elements that made it successful?

With experience running the Instagram for a med spa, I have hands-on knowledge of successful digital marketing strategies, including content curation, audience engagement, and brand promotion. While I haven’t run a large-scale digital campaign, my background in social media management and sales has given me a strong foundation in marketing. As a salon consultant, I successfully promoted memberships and products by highlighting long-term savings, skin benefits, and exclusive perks, increasing customer buy-in. The key elements of success were understanding the target audience, crafting compelling messaging, and using persuasive communication to drive sales. Managing the med spa’s Instagram reinforced my ability to create engaging content, interact with followers to foster community growth, and enhance online visibility whcih is critical aspects of digital marketing. If I were to run a campaign, I would apply these skills along with targeted audience research, trend-driven content strategies, strong calls to action, and performance tracking to optimize results and maximize reach.

Do you have any experience in negotiation? If not, how would you negotiate down a creator's fee?

I do have experience in negotiation from my time as a salon consultant, where I had to use my skills to sell clients different packages or products by positioning the value in relation to cost. If I were negotiating down a creator’s fee, I would first research their engagement metrics, audience insights, and past collaborations to determine a fair rate. I’d approach the conversation with a value-driven mindset, emphasizing what I can offer beyond just payment, such as long-term partnerships, additional exposure, or creative freedom. Building a relationship and understanding the creator’s goals is key; if they’re looking for brand partnerships, networking, or content amplification, I’d position my offer as mutually beneficial to find a middle ground that works for both of us.

What do you look for in a creator who has potential for viral content but isn't yet widely discovered?

I look for a creator with strong engagement metrics rather than just follower count, so someone whose audience is highly interactive, with consistent likes, comments, shares, and saves. Authenticity is key, so I prioritize creators who have a unique voice, a compelling storytelling style, or a fresh perspective that feels relatable and engaging. A creator with high-quality visuals, strong editing skills, and an eye for dynamic, attention grabbing hooks has strong viral potential. I also seek out creators I can personally relate to or benefit from, whether that’s through their wellness tips, unique experiences, or product recommendations that align with my interests.
