One area of opportunity I see for POUNDCAKE is creating a community-driven campaign around redefining what “nude” means specifically through nude lip glosses. The beauty industry still treats nude like it’s one beige standard, especially when it comes to gloss, and that completely ignores how different nude looks on different skin tones. I think POUNDCAKE could launch something like #MyNudeGloss, where customers post themselves wearing their nude gloss shade and share a short story about the first time they realized traditional beauty standards didn’t reflect them. The brand could stitch and spotlight these weekly, turning real people into the face of the campaign.
