What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
One beauty brand that I know has amazing social media presence is milk makeup. What set them apart from other brands is that they know their audience and know how to cater to them. Their brand is vegan, clean and cruelty free and they make sure to advertise that on their pages and promotions. They work with creators who also share similar values in turn making their reach on social media impactful.

I manage the social media of a small business and I feel my success lies in how useful the content I create and platforms I manage are to the customers. If the information I post and customer service I provide over social media properly attracts and serves our audience is when I have done my job successfully.
