During my role as a Sales Agent at Rewaa Fashions, I focused on building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. I regularly interacted with over 50 retail buyers daily, presenting our brand’s latest collections and understanding their needs to tailor solutions for them. I also maintained consistent communication with more than 20 loyal customers, inviting them to our exhibition at the National Garment Fair.One memorable experience was when a key client expressed concerns about product availability and customization options. I worked closely with them to address their needs by coordinating with our internal teams and providing timely updates.
