I haven't yet had the opportunity to engage in GIGs on H\FC, but I am eagerly anticipating the chance. I'm enthusiastic about contributing, learning, and being a part of the community!

While working for the group marketing project , I took the lead in planning and organizing the task . I created a timeline , assigned responsibilities based on each team member strengths and set weekly check-in to ensure we stayed up on tracks. When we encountered unexpected delays related to data availability, I adapted our plan, ensured clear communication with the team, and successfully met our final deadline with a compelling presentation. This experience taught me the importance of balancing structure with flexibility, as well as how to lead effectively without micromanaging.
