How do you approach analyzing qualitative data to extract actionable insights?
first of all, I start by simply reviewing data to identify recurring themes, patterns and outliers. I like using Excel formulas, spreadsheets and filters to organise data by categories, objectives, etc. I also crowd-reference findings with the original data and consider the context to avoid bias. and finally, I translate these insights into recommendations, always ensuring that the goals and findings align
