To engage both in-store and online shoppers effectively and promote Hot Girl Pickles, I would bring the same confident, energetic approach to every interaction. In-store, I’d offer free samples with a playful opener like, “Want to try the pickles everyone’s talking about?” to spark curiosity and conversation. I’d highlight the product’s bold flavor, clean ingredients, and online popularity, making the experience fun and memorable. For online shoppers, I’d focus on creating engaging social content—like short videos, behind-the-scenes clips, or taste tests—to capture the brand’s vibe and encourage clicks. I’d also mention where they can shop online, adding QR codes or promo codes during demos to bridge the in-person experience with digital convenience. Whether in-store or online, my goal would be to turn curiosity into conversion by connecting shoppers to the bold personality of Hot Girl Pickles.

Can you describe a successful influencer marketing campaign you were involved in?
I haven't had direct experience with an influencer marketing campaign; however, I have had a lot of experience with brand collaborations, partnerships, and marketing in general. As VP of Communications in my sorority, Delta Gamma, and USC, my responsibilities include brand relations whether that be receiving PR and promoting that product on our socials or hosting pop ups at our house to endorse the brand and spread the word. I have worked with brands like Valentino, Rag + Bone, Triangl, For Love and Lemons, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and much more. Evidently, I have had experience with effective communication with high end clients in which I could apply this skill towards this position.

How do you approach identifying the right influencers for a campaign?
Each campaign will have distinct features and needs so it is crucial to first identity the wants and needs of that specific client and the campaign you will be launching. After identifying those key components, I brainstorm influencers the top of mind influencers that would align perfectly with that said brand's values and ideals. I will deep dive further and see if they are connect to like minded influencers who I could also reach out to. Furthermore, I will pay attention to their content material, engagement, and niches to find specific outlets to deepen the brands product. I will look at their previous work on campaigns and partnerships to understand if their work would align with the company's work. And while numbers and a larger following would help spread the word on a specific product, I would look beyond just the following number to see if the influencer genuinely connects with their community, responds to comments, and builds strong and trustworthy relationships with their target audiences.
