What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think they haven't paid attention to the main content yet. For example, since a new trend starts blowing up on Tiktok, some brands would copy to do the same thing. The problem is everyone already knew what is it so they don't actually care much and skip the video right away, especially when they see a company name on it. Although some brands already have their own unique trend or contents but it doesn't mean that people will come for it. Quantity is another important part since people start coming back to look for more and if they don't see any new updates, they may unfollow and scroll down to see something more interesting. These days, people keep searching for new things to change up their minds and they feel bored to see same things over and over again. Some brands are able to do quantity but their videos, for example, are not original or some brands do quality but they don't try to do more which I think is what brands are doing wrong these days.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
With me, wellness is the most important part in my life. I used to think it's not woth it to take care of until one day. It connected not only to our mental and physical in general but it can be anything around us. From just studying, I was not able to focus since I was nervous and my thoughts were around somewhere else. Sleeping was another trouble although I had a 8 hours sleep but it still felt like not enough. That was when I realized that I need to take care of myself more. I tried to create my own meditation time where I don't have to think about anything that stresses me out. This not only helps to improve my mental but also my skin. Since I was thinking a lot, I got breakout and acnes all over my face which even gave me a harder time. The only thing that I would suggest to my future self is try to understand yourself more and don't think too much, especially when it's just a small thing.
