Interview Questions
Ghia
Ghia Brand Ambassadors

What strategies would you use to gather feedback from customers about their experience with our samples?
I work in a neuroscience lab at the University of Pennsylvania and it is a collaborative environment with people from various stages in their career - from right out of undergrad trying to navigate a new drinking culture to PhD students and doctors. It is also an extremely social environment. As a result, I think hosting happy hours/various gatherings and providing Ghia-based drinks would allow a huge source of professional development amongst a large crowd as well as allow for a wide range of input on samples (who wouldn't want to take 30min to an hour around 4pm out of the work day to sip on a fun beverage!). I'd utilize anonymous surveys as well as open conversations to gauge people's thoughts. In addition to happy hours, I would love to have regular tastings with friends where for example, every Sunday evening we plan the week ahead while sipping on a Ghia. Incorporating Ghia drinks into not only my life but others would allow for a wide range of people's opinions that I would primarily collect through engaging polls and surveys.

Ghia Brand Ambassadors

What attracts you to the Ghia brand?
I am a sober-curious beverage enthusiast in my early/mid-20s constantly surrounding by drinking culture. My work environment is happy hour heavy, my social life can revolve around gatherings with alcohol involved, and I am still a student (pursuing my Master's degree). With all of these factors, Ghia embodies how I want to engage with various situations in my life. I have seen first hand the effects of alcohol on my loved ones, so the opportunity to advocate and share sober-based drinks that do not come across as aggressively anti-drinking (because that is not what sober curious is about!) and do not limit social interactions would be very meaningful to me. I love Ghia and share it with friends, but the opportunity to be an ambassador would equip me with the tools and means to share it with a larger crowd.
