what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?

On campus, I would host tabling events in busy student centers where students can swatch products, learn about ColourPop, and take samples. I would also use my involvement in the American Marketing Association to host a ColourPop-focused event, including a fun competition where students create the most creative look using ColourPop products. This would encourage hands-on engagement, creativity, and friendly competition while generating organic social content.

Off campus, I would partner with local cafes and boba shops near campus to give out samples with purchases. I would encourage students to post about their samples and looks on social media, tag ColourPop, and share their experience. This approach connects ColourPop with places students already love while expanding reach both in person and online.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?

I will especially highlight the affordable price point since my audience is around the same age as me and mostly college students who love finding products that fit their budget. I want to show that ColourPop makes it possible to enjoy high-quality makeup without overspending, which is something that really resonates with students.

I will emphasize how ColourPop products encourage creativity through bold colors and the wide variety of shades, finishes, and formulas they offer. By showing how many different looks can be created from the same products, I can inspire my audience to experiment and have fun with their makeup.

I plan to create get ready with me videos where I use a full face of ColourPop for different occasions like classes, study sessions, nights out, events, or casual weekends. I would also include quick tutorials, before-and-after transformations, and short videos highlighting how long the products last throughout a busy college day.

To further engage college students, I would involve my audience through polls, comment prompts, and challenges like choosing my next look using only ColourPop. I would also share tips on building a versatile makeup collection on a budget and show how ColourPop products fit into everyday routines while still feeling fun and exciting.
