Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
For the past two summers, I've worked with the National Student Leadership Conference. Last summer, this was in two roles: Program Director and Logistics Coordinator. Both of these roles involved planning and executing 9 days' worth of activities, guest speakers, field trips, meals, and more for high school students. Without attention to detail, these programs would not have been possible.
