What's a way an IG account can get more followers?

For one, staying up with the trends is of the utmost importance, especially with Instagram, and having a visually pleasing page can instantly make a company look more professional. In addition, creating content that hits the shared aspect in the PESO model can really increase the number of followers, especially when reaching Gen Z.

Can you provide an example of a successful marketing campaign you have analyzed?

A successful marketing campaign that I have analyzed is Ben & Jerry's. As someone who grew up in Vermont, Ben & Jerry's ice cream and their campaigns have always been on my radar. Moreover, in my time at Syracuse, I researched and dissected many of its campaigns as well as presented my CSR recommendations for it at a Newhouse symposium.
