How do you stay updated on current fitness trends?
I stay up to date on current fitness trends mostly through the people I surround myself with. My roommate and best friend is a sports medicine major, certified personal trainer, and Solidcore instructor, so I’m constantly learning from her. She keeps me in the loop on the latest training methods, recovery tools, and nutrition insights and she’s always roping me into fun new workouts to try together. We meal prep and cook dinner together almost every night, so I’ve learned a ton from her about balancing fitness with proper nutrition. My brother and boyfriend are also serious gym rats, so I get a steady stream of updates on what’s trending in strength training, supplements, and performance routines. It’s great having such a strong community of people who genuinely love staying healthy and active. Living in West Palm Beach, FL, also makes it easy to stay inspired because there’s always something going on, from local health events to run clubs and community workouts. One of our favorite things lately is The Club Palm Beach, which is a monthly event that brings together people who are passionate about wellness. It’s such a fun way to stay connected, network, and hear firsthand about what’s new and trending in the fitness world!

What makes your fitness content stand out on social media?
Movement has always been part of who I am. I grew up training as a pre-professional ballerina and was actually about to accept an apprenticeship contract when an ACL tear took me out for a year. At first, I thought I’d jump right back into dance, but that time off completely changed how I saw fitness. While recovering, I started exploring different kinds of exercise like Pilates, lifting, long runs and biking, and I fell in love with it all. For so long, my focus had been on perfecting technique and conditioning for dance, but learning to move in new ways was such a breath of fresh air. I realized how much stronger, healthier, and more balanced I could feel when I actually listened to my body instead of pushing through pain. Now, staying active is just part of my everyday life. I’ve learned to take care of my body every second of every day, not just when I’m working out. My goal is to make movement feel approachable and real, because let’s be honest, we all have stuff going on, but we need to keep moving. With my background, I bring a mix of experience across all kinds of fitness styles and a solid understanding of injury prevention. I truly believe that movement should be fun and never a chore because not everyone loves the same type of workout, and that’s the best part of it.
FRUGA
FRUGA In-Store Brand Ambassador – Florida

Have you ever done in-store demos, samplings, or sales before?
Yes! As I mentioned before, I helped run an online clothing boutique, and part of that involved setting up displays and booths at different conventions, markets, and pop-up events. We did a bunch of these all over so I’ve had a lot of experience working directly with customers involving talking with them, answering questions, and creating a vibe that made people want to stop by and shop. While it wasn’t food sampling specifically, the idea is super similar: setting up a space, engaging people, and building genuine relationships to help boost sales. I really enjoyed those interactions and would love to bring that same energy to in-store demos and samplings!
