We value honest and constructive feedback on our project initiatives. Can you describe your experience in delivering direct and honest feedback, particularly to senior leaders, educators or board members?
Last year, I worked at a camp. We had a history curriculum to follow. The current class structure left them antsy, so I gave feedback to the senior educator and redesigned the class to be multi-media in order to keep them engaged and active learners.

this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.
Last year I published my own research with an advisor. In order to be successful in advancing through the stages at a fast but not sloppy pace, I set strict deadlines for myself, a format that made me efficient by specifying my objectives.

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
For two years, I was Editor-in-Chief of my high school paper. I led meetings with the team to receive feedback and give out assignments. I also conducted interviews regularly. Keeping meetings personal always resulted in a more enjoyable experience.
