What is one health brand you think is doing well in the market?
I think Magic Spoon is doing a great job of using influencers and advertising to reach their target audience in all corners of the market. In using lifestyle influencers to promote their brands, they are increasing from a consumer standpoint.

What is your favorite health food trend?
I personally love the natural plant-based protein trend that is taking the world by storm. Protein has become one of the number one hashtags, and I love that people are promoting healthy ways to fuel the body.
